Gray Design Ltd delivered a new McDonald’s Drive-Thru and Restaurant at the Junction Retail and Leisure Park in Antrim within a 6-month contract period. The work was located within the existing retail park and involved the construction of the outer shell building including all associated specialist services. All civil works were included within our contract incorporating hard and soft external landscaping, signage, lighting and drainage. The Gray Design team delivered this project on time and to budget, enabling the restaurant to open in November 2018. The new restaurant is the first phase of the multi-million-pound master plan redevelopment of the retail and leisure park.
