The 15 strong GRAY team has a range of specialities including Commercial, Conservation, Retail, Housing, Transport and Leisure across Ireland and can count The Boulevard, Banbridge, The Junction, Antrim, and Modern Tyre Service among their list of clients.
Barry Gray said: “Belfast and Dublin are dynamic cities and it’s exciting to work there. Since the recession Dublin is really booming again in terms of commercial investment in property and high end fit outs.
We’re delighted to have recently completed a number of ROI projects. These include a multi-million-pound design and project management contract in Bray and this Autumn we completed a Design and Fit Out Project in Kilbarrack, North Dublin for Murdock Builders Merchants,” Barry adds.
Future Irish projects are in the pipeline due to be launched by GRAY in early 2019.
